Antipodean Apartments

Construction of a 17 storey structure for Watts & Hughes. CBD Auckland.
Mix of precast and Insitu construction, difficult basement build having to work around temporary propping supporting neighbours and an old sea wall.  Highrise provided a design, supply, installation and operation of our Boxer Jumpform System. This worked well to change some of the heavy pre-cast walls to in-situ greatly reducing the amount of pre-cast elements trucked in and installed.

Highrise had a team of 10-25 men at various stages through construction

Park Residence

Construction of 30 storey apartment building for Naylor Love.
Mix of precast and in-situ concrete construction.  Highrise supplied a Boxer Jumpform System full package. Design, fabrication, installation and operation.  Top down basement construction while super structure was underway.

Project Century

Large green field site for the construction of Lion Breweries new headquarters.
Named “Project Century” for the next 100 years.  Comprising of several buildings making up 55000m2 in area.

Highrise provided full package Labour, Formwork, Concrete Supply and Concrete Pumping.

Central Interceptor

A giant wastewater pipe for Ghella Abergeldie JV
The Central Interceptor is a Watercare Services Infrastructure project to bore a giant wastewater pipe from Western Springs to Mangere.  This will be Auckland’s largest wastewater project in history costing around $1.2B.  We are contracted to Ghella Abergeldie JV to construct the Insitu liner walls to the 40m deep Pump Station and Inlet shafts using Doka Jumpform System.

Beach Road Hotel

Construction of a 15 storey Hotel for Watts & Hughes.

All precast structure no basement constructed with a team of 6-8 men.

Precinct Apartments

Construction of a 33 storey apartment building for Mainzeal Construction.

 All Insitu construction using Highrise supplied Boxer Jumpform System and a Ischebeck Flooring Falsework System.
Insitu core was built ahead of the floors with the floors following 2-3 floors behind poured in two halves.
Light weight stair system was used enabling continuous access to working floor. Highrise team 12-18men.

Fisher & Paykel Health Care Carpark

Construction of Carpark building for Macreenie Building Construction

Highrise Construction undertook concrete works, precast, ground beam foundations and formwork.

Crest Apartments

Construction of 45 Apartments for GN Construction

45 Apartments Contracted to GN Construction, this was a 6 Level apartment block located in Great North Road in Auckland.  Works included Foundations / All Institu concrete columns & floor slabs.

Eden View Apartments

Construction of 107 Apartments for GN Construction

107 Apartments Contracted to GN Construction and is on Dominion Road Mt Eden.  This consisted of x 2 Five Storey Blocks a common podium & Parking. Works included foundations, all Institu Concrete works, placing of Precast panel cladding walls / Double tees/ Precast balconies preparation nibs and  of floor slabs.

Horizon Apartments

Construction of 41 Apartments for GN Construction

41 Apartments including x 2 basement levels Contracted to GN Construction.  This prestige project is located at 250 Kepa Road in Orakei Auckland.  Works included foundations/ placement of precast panels/ Institu Columns/ Beams & slabs/ placement of rib timber infills / 75mm flats slabs and slab preparation.

Manaaki Apartments

Construction of 210 Apartments for Oakham Residential

210 Apartments this included 4 Buildings over 5 & 6 Storeys including basement carparks, we contracted to Oakham Residential.  This project is located at  9 Jordan Ave in Onehunga. Works included all foundations / slab preparation / Institu columns / Formwork for floors.
